DSC Return Policy 2022

DSC Return Policy 2022

As we race in to another new year of Detroit Shirt Company, we want to welcome our newest DSC community to our store and let you in on a little insider information.

One of our goals for this year is to develop an extensive collection of Blog posts on our site to help round out our business with information about our products, our city, and the DSC brand as a whole. With this resource we hope to educate and develop yet another way to engage and communicate with our customer base about our products and our mission - to bring great apparel and Detroit icons together.

To kick off our lineup this month - we wanted to start with something simple and dig into our FAQ pool and help answer one of the questions we get the most often on our page...

"What is your return policy?"

Should you ever need to return an item that you purchased from our website, you can turn to this post here or our policy page on the Home Page of our site for all the information you need.

DSC Return Policy as of 2022:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange because we have replaced the inventory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it in at the time of delivery.

Please package the items you want to return with the original order number (can be found on your receipt or invoice) and a note indicating the desired exchange/refund.

Please ship all returns to:

DSC
12745 S. Saginaw
Suite 806-215
Grand Blanc, MI 48439

We are looking forward to another incredible year of growth and excitement and hope you are ready to get in on the action too! As always, thank you for supporting our business - we wouldn't be DSC without our community!

If you are looking for other ways to follow & support us, you can follow us on social media on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest!
